Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of AgentReady Stack ("the Product"), a downloadable software starter kit and related files. The Product is sold by Kang Qi, an individual seller based in China ("we", "us"), through Creem as Merchant of Record. Contact: mengbao0310@gmail.com.

License

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use and modify the Product to build your own applications, including commercial ones. Starter and Pro licenses cover 1 developer; Team covers up to 10 developers within one organization. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the Product or substantial parts of it as a template, starter kit or competing product.

Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io), which handles payment, invoices and applicable sales taxes. Prices are one-time unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

After purchase you receive a license key by email. Redeem it with your GitHub username on our claim page to receive read access to the private repository. One license key grants access to one GitHub account. Access ends if the purchase is refunded.

Updates

Pro and Team include updates for 1 year from purchase. You keep the versions you downloaded after that period.

Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing applications you build with it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases.
